Product Permissions and Copyright Protections for Content and Services
All content, materials, products and offerings on this website are the property of and protected under copyright by Terah Cox and Heaven & Earth Works, unless otherwise designated. Commercial use is strictly prohibited without our permission or contractual arrangement. It is assumed that products and services that you purchase from our online shop is for your personal use, and we also request that you contact us for permission to use the content of any work herein for personal use that you do NOT purchase. We usually grant use permissions -- for example as a reading for a wedding or other event -- although it is supportive to our work if you purchase even in a basic format what you desire to use.

Shipping Protocols, Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations of Products
1. Shipping Protocols. We usually ship orders within 12-48 hours, and will notify you with a tracking number or other advisement when we have shipped. We will contact you if shipping will be delayed beyond this window of time. If you do not receive your order or a shipping notification within a few days of ordering, or if your order arrives damaged, we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can track it and make a postal claim if necessary. Although we have had only two lost/delayed and one damaged shipment in 17 years of business, unless we are notified in a timely manner the post office will not honor a claim. If you do not notify us of damage or loss until after the claim notification time has closed, we will ask you to pay the shipping for a replacement order.
Shipping costs of the same products, weight and packaging will differ according to destination unless shipped as a flat postal rate. Thus, if our shipping and packaging costs are considerably less than you were charged, you will be refunded the difference. Likewise, if you have placed more than one order in the same time frame, we will endeavor to consolidate the orders for lower shipping costs to you.
2. Returns. We do not accept returns, except in the case of damage, which must be reported within three days of receipt so that we can notify the shipping service. Because we are a small artisan business, we are unable to pay for return shipping. If we are sending you a replacement, we will pay for shipping of the replacement if we have been notified within the window of time that the postal or other shipping service allows for a claim to be made.
3. Exchanges. We allow exchange of a product within two weeks of your receipt unless it was customized for you by yourself or the person who gifted you (for example a framed or frameable poetry art piece that incorporates a personal dedication); however, we are unable to pay for return shipping of the product or shipping for the exchange.
4. Cancellations. You are welcome to cancel your order with a full refund of both product price and shipping if we have not yet created your customized order and/or shipped.
