That includes front and back matter, copyright text and issues, a working table of contents and/or outline, optional sections such as dedications and acknowledgments, prologue, forward, preface, introduction, epilogue, afterword, plus chapter and content styles and formatting, how to handle quoted material from other works, permissions and public domain uses, etc. We will also touch on cover elements and brief information about mainstream and self-publishing.
