Whatever we are writing, when we love it before we even know what it is, and give ourselves to it for the sake of itself and its truth, it always gives us something true and meaningful back. Is your project a book, poem, article, song or other? Is it a work of fiction (story, novel, etc.) or non-fiction (personal memoir, self-help, spiritual, practical, instructional, etc.)? My thrust as a writing mentor or editor is to help you attune to the heart and soul, or core message, of your topic, and to help you develop and "true-up" your work so that it is authentic, fresh, compelling, and ultimately way more than the sum of its parts!
“Terah Cox...asks us to get in touch with the ineffable -- to surrender to the infinity of an open heart and mind so words may flow gently through us and out into the world. As a writer, I find Terah’s approach incredibly freeing. Her workshop helped me move from the mental prison of having to create all the words on the page to the wall-less experience of absorbing, integrating and interpreting whispered threads of magic, beauty and mystery.” ~ Cathleen O’Connor, writer, speaker & mentor
